The video covers alot but it is not only the old people
The immigrants also cost a lot in healthcare and since Sweden takes in over 80.000+ immigrants/year that is not good
Many immigrants here (mostly muslims) do not work and live of the state (welfare) so they really pay no taxes
Here in the south (Skåne) the local goverment some years ago (somewhere between 2000-2010) wanted every person to pay 3000:- (about $428) more/month so illegal immigrants could get free healthcare
The law never passed but it just shows you Sweden is too nice for its own good sometimes

Another thing is that when you go to specialist doctors (Eye doctors...) you have to pay about 300:- (about $43)/visit
I am not sure if it was free for adults before but even so our system is slowly going down
To many immigrants who do not work and old people just do not add up
Even old people who do not want to live alone at home have no choice since Sweden has a shortage of senior homes
Swedish healthcare is good, but waiting month for an operation is not good if you are in alot of pain
Thought if you are dying then you do not have to wait for many month
Personally I think we should give no healthcare to any immigrant who comes to Sweden and does not work (or tries to find a job but in 2 years still has no job) and that includes any person who comes to Sweden just for free healthcare (no job=no taxes to the state=no healthcare)
